Technical characteristics
The one-to-two intermediate frequency furnace adopts the "series inverter thyristor intermediate frequency power supply technology". Although the thyristor fully controlled rectifier electric furnace is used, it does not use it for voltage regulation. It only uses it to achieve soft start and act as an electronic switch in the event of a fault to quickly cut off the power supply , In normal operation, the thyristor is always in the fully-on state, so that the grid power supply has a high power factor and reduces harmonic interference. The rectifier control circuit adopts a digital shift trigger circuit. The digital shift trigger circuit has the advantages of good repeatability, good stability, good symmetry, strong anti-interference ability, and convenient debugging. If the digital quantity setting is used, it can still realize remote control.

The series inverter adopts a half-bridge circuit, the number of main circuit components is relatively reduced, and there is a high power factor, so it has a higher power.
Good starting characteristics, can start at will under full load and heavy load, the starting success rate is 100%. Improve the power factor to ensure that the power factor reaches 95% at any power.
Constant power output. The power output adopts constant control. During the melting process, when the load and temperature change, the load is always full power output, thereby shortening the melting time.
Has a complete protection and operating status monitoring system
For example, use sensors to obtain signals for incoming line current, voltage, channel current, and voltage, and provide double closed- loop digital circuits for current limiting, voltage limiting, and repeated protection of excessive overvoltage, water temperature and water pressure protection, and so on. Both KK SCR and KP SCR have self-turn-off time protection.
Has a complete detection system
The working temperature of the inverter and filter capacitor is monitored by a temperature switch meter. Once the cooling water temperature exceeds the set value or a water circuit failure occurs, an alarm will be issued and the power supply will be cut off. The power supply cooling water input has a water pressure relay electrical control, and the cooling water output has a temperature switch gauge to monitor undervoltage. If over temperature, an alarm will be issued and the power supply will be cut off.
