Once the furnace lining cools down to 400 ℃ , the furnace is turned over 90° C, the oil cylinder is lifted with a crane, the oil cylinder is connected to the furnace bottom, the hydraulic pump station is started, and the furnace lining is pushed out.
A set of lining push-out mechanism consists of the following parts
1. Launch the cylinder
2. Hydraulic valve and connecting pipe
3. Furnace bottom joints that match the system
4. System operation
