3.Furnace body seal
The sealing fan for the all-fiber furnace cover and the integrated air-cooled furnace adopts double sealing for the furnace cover and the furnace mouth. The outer side adopts high temperature resistant silicone strip and the inner side adopts asbestos rope heat insulation to effectively protect the high temperature silicone strip and the gas sealing property is good. The unique design of water circulation cooling system is adopted to effectively protect the sealing silicone strip to ensure its service life.
4. Furnace cover lifting system
The furnace cover lifting adopts electric lifting, simple operation, no hydraulic lifting oil leakage phenomenon.
