Forklift fast quenching furnace production line can meet different production processes such as: quenching, tempering, normalizing (air cooling), annealing, tempering and other heat treatment processes, furnace temperature is 1200℃,950℃,700℃ and other temperatures. Temperature uniformity: quenching furnace ≤±10℃; Tempering furnace ≤±5℃.

Forklift fast quenching furnace production line is equipped with a fast launching (oil) quenching operation car, the operation car can move up and down, left and right, front and back six directions. After the heat treatment of the workpiece is completed, the operating car quickly enters the furnace to fork out the workpiece from the furnace, and quickly falls into the pool or the quenching liquid pool, and the whole transfer process can be controlled within 30 seconds.

The forklift type rapid quenching furnace unit has the advantages of high production efficiency, stable product quality and convenient operation, thus ensuring the quality of heat treatment of the workpiece.

The heating furnace body is mainly composed of the steel structure frame of the furnace shell, the furnace lining, the furnace door, the lifting and sealing mechanism, and the heating element. The shell of the furnace body is made of channel steel frame, and the side plate of the shell is welded with Q235 steel plate. The lining is made of whole fiber pre-compressed block structure. The bottom of the furnace is made of refractory bricks, and the special-shaped refractory bricks in the bearing part should have a high bottom and be laid into a groove type. The furnace door frame is welded with Q235 steel plate. The lining of the furnace door is also of all-fiber construction. The lifting of the furnace door adopts electric hoist as the lifting power of the furnace door. The sealing device of furnace door and furnace body is made of electric push rod. The heating element is made of 0Cr27Al7Mo2 superalloy strip into corrugated type. A new type of porcelain screw is used to fix the resistance belt on the furnace lining fiber.

Forklift truck is mainly composed of forklift truck body and walking mechanism, fork claw and hydraulic lifting mechanism, forklift cable dragging chain device, etc. The body of forklift truck is welded with steel and plate. The advance and retreat mechanism of forklift adopts the way of motor plus gear and walking wheel. The weight of the forklift body platform is matched with the weight of the transferred workpiece. According to the length and weight of the workpiece, the number of fork claws is configured. The fork claws are forged with 42CrMo material. The control cables of the front and back walking of the forklift truck, the up and down lifting of the fork claw, etc., are completed by the steel drag chain to achieve the durability of the cable.

The position signals in the transmission control of the electrical control system (the press and retreat of the electric push rod, the opening and closing of the furnace door, the advance and retreat of the forklift, the movement of the left and right, the lifting of the fork, etc.) and the mechanical, electrical, instrument safety alarms and other signals have a chain function.

Temperature control system adopts PID zero trigger thyristor, Xiamen Yudian intelligent program digital display instrument temperature control, Hangzhou Pangu VX5000 paperless recorder record furnace temperature. The operation of the control system adopts interlocking (protection) control for the press and retreat of the electric push rod, the lift of the furnace door, the advance and retreat of the forklift, the left and right movement of the forklift, the lift of the fork claw, and the on-off of the heating element.
